3rd July to 9th July- Weekly Blog: Consumer

Dear,
Today I was looking into the different consumer tribes in the driffent stores and how much people actually purchase in the store. Before starting to analyses the different tribes I was standing in the front of the LV shops in London, and analysed what kind of clients walked in and what clients walk actually out with a LV Bag. I was standing in front of each store for 15 minutes

NBS:
How many client walked in: 63 clients
How many clients walked out with LV bag: 39 clients
Result: New Bond Street is the home of Luxury Brand for that reason, who goes there know what expect him, and the windows of Louis Vuitton are so attractive that a lot of people stop by the shop and enter and as seeing in the results, who enters at LV Flagship Store purchased to 80%, as the store is offering all key products form £30 up to 50k.
Customer Target: Locals, Yummy Mummies, Tourists (China, South Korea, India Russia) Under 20thies

Harrods:
How many client walked in: 39 clients
How many clients walked out with LV bag: 15 clients
Result: As it is one of the top tourist attraction I can definitely say that the most of the clients are tourists.  Nationality wise the most clients where form the Middle East or China and most of the clients had huge Shopper Bags that means they invested for a lot of money, either on bag or luggage Customer Target: Tourist (70% Middle East and China) and Yummy Mummies

Selfridges:
How many client walked in? 39 clients
How many clients walked out with LV bag? 15 clients
Result: Very interested with Selfridges was that, a lot of people get distracted as well by other brands, a lot of people were looking the window but not entering, that is for sure a negative thing about department store, you can lose potentially  clients
Customer Target: Tourist (China, Russia, Locals,)
