Below you can find a clients feedback, which I took ,  when they came out of the store about the customer service in the store:


Customer Feedback: "She is the sales associate who has assisted me for the last several years. She goes beyond what I would ever expect with a service encounter. She is the best sales associate that I have met at this store and when I decide on a purchase it is always with her. She has also invited me to trunk shows when the new women's lines come in and I found a perfect little red dress to buy for a special occasion. I may see Louis Vuitton products at other stores but will wait to buy from Tasha, since she offers an experience that is unparalleled in this industry." The store from the outside: 


OUTSIDE:
From the outside you can see a white marble 3-floor house with a golden door entrance and the golden letter of Louis Vuitton; you get immediately the image of a luxury boutique. The store traffic in the front of the store is extremely busy for a Tuesday mid-afternoon.
Window display:  In the shop widow, there were displayed three bags. The bags are form the “The Master” collection from the collaboration with Jeff Koons.  The lighting of the window is perfect not to aggressive but neither to dark.  




INSIDE:
The store : The 1.500 sq ft.  LV- maison is located on the corner site at at the junction of New Bond Street and Clifford Street. The three floor-store incorpeorates Louis Vuitton heritage touches such as trunks and leather, as well as modern features including a LED staircase over three levels. The shop  has been designed by the New York-based architect, Peter Marino.
 On the ground floor you can find Louis Vuitton accessories  and leathergooods When you walk donwstaris the glass staris you can find the men’s universe,.
The first floor is devoted to womenswear and shoes, in several intimate areas with generous and luxurious changing rooms.
. Furthermore on the  second floor is a separate, luxurious world and the private client apartment, which can only be accessed by invitation or private shopping experience.
